Backups are the single most important aspect to a solid IT infrastructure.  We employ a mix of onsite tape/hard disk media as well as provide offsite backups to our Denver based data center as well.  Keeping data local in the event of an emergency provides us the ability to restore data quickly rather than downloading at slow internet speeds.
